Job Duties
- welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- answer customer questions and connect them with the right beverages and cafe items
- maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
- unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- operate registers efficiently and provide professional service
- prepare food and drinks according to recipes and quality standards
- support bookfloor team and assist with store operations when needed
