- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is an advantage
- Ability to operate cash registers and related technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is desirable
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer customer questions and connect readers with beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Tidy bakes case and dining area
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Support bookfloor team when needed
