Job Duties
- welcome customers warmly and assist with questions about beverages and cafe items
- prepare food and drinks accurately following recipes and guidelines
- operate registers efficiently to serve customers quickly
- maintain cafe cleanliness through daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- receive, unpack, and stock deliveries accurately
- support the bookfloor team when needed
- apply loss prevention procedures and de-escalation techniques effectively
