Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or retail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to high standards
- Bake and present cookies and other light refreshments
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Manage cash register and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members and support the cluster structure initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
