Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service environment preferred
- Previous work experience as a Barista or server desirable
- Willingness to learn new coffee techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts

- Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain mission focus with an unwavering purpose to succeed in achieving objectives
- Provide quality beverages, retail items, and food products according to established recipes and standards
- Keep workstation clean, set up, and organized following company standards
- Ensure all equipment is operational and report maintenance needs
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs based on cues and store environment
- Communicate productively with team and management and assist in training new team members
- Adhere to operational policies including cash handling, safety, and health regulations
- Celebrate team and individual achievements while maintaining store morale
- Maintain a customer-first attitude with a calm demeanor
