Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Prior barista experience preferred
Basic understanding of coffee and bakery products
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
Good communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic baking skills

Job Duties

Provide first class service to every customer

Bake cookies and other baked goods
