Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a cafe or food service environment
excellent customer service skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
good attention to detail
willingness to learn and adapt

experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
passion for coffee and beverage craftsmanship
strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

provide first class service to customers with every drink and baked good
create inspiring and expertly crafted coffee beverages
ensure the customer experience is pleasurable and welcoming
support the cluster structure by collaborating with other stores
maintain knowledge of the cafe menu and products to educate and delight customers
bake cookies and prepare complementary food items
uphold cleanliness and presentation standards in the cafe
