Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous barista or customer service experience
basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment operation
ability to work flexible hours including weekends
strong interpersonal skills
capable of standing for extended periods
team player with a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
ability to work well in a team environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
passion for coffee and customer service
basic food safety knowledge

Job Duties

prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages
bake and present cookies and other baked goods
provide excellent customer service ensuring a pleasurable experience
maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
work collaboratively within the cluster of stores to support shared goals
educate customers about coffee and menu items
handle transactions accurately and efficiently
