Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good physical stamina
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic hygiene and food safety compliance

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
Strong passion and knowledge of coffee and beverages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic food handling knowledge
Willingness to learn and improve

Job Duties

Provide first class service to customers
Create inspiring handcrafted coffee drinks
Bake and serve cookies
Ensure customer experience is a top priority
Share knowledge of the cafe and products with customers
Support the cluster structure and collaborate with other stores
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
