Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in coffee making or customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Reliability and punctuality
Willingness to participate in ongoing training
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Support the cluster structure by collaborating with other stores
Work cooperatively for the betterment of all cluster stores
