Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or retail preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- flexible availability including weekends
- strong work ethic and reliability
- ability to follow health and safety regulations

- experience in a similar barista or customer service role preferred
- strong passion for coffee and the cafe culture
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- attention to detail in drink presentation
Job Duties
- provide first class service to customers with every drink you create
- bake cookies and other baked goods to complement customer experience
- make the customer experience pleasurable and inviting
- create inspiring and handcrafted coffee drinks
- share knowledge of coffee and cafe offerings with customers
- support the cluster structure and collaborate with other stores
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
