Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
- strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and espresso preparation
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- enthusiasm for coffee culture and a willingness to learn
- attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality beverages
- flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- must be able to push, pull, and/or safely lift up to 50lbs

Job Duties
- preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers
- greeting customers and taking orders with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- operating espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care
- maintaining a clean and organized coffee bar area, including restocking supplies
- educating customers about coffee varieties, brewing methods, and specialty drinks
- handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately
- assisting in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers
- upholding hygiene and sanitation standards for all equipment and work areas
- collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- learning and adapting to new coffee blends and menu offerings
- responding to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
