Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in coffee preparation or food service preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- adherence to health and safety guidelines
- ability to operate espresso machines and point of sale systems
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- prepare or serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee espresso drinks blended coffees or teas
- clean and sanitize work areas utensils and equipment throughout the day
- clean and sanitize service or seating areas
- check temperatures of freezers refrigerators or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
- describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them
- provide customers with product details such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions
- receive and process customer payments
- prepare and serve foods such as muffins bagels sandwiches salads and more
