Job Requirements

- experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to operate espresso and coffee brewing equipment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas
- clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment throughout the day
- clean and sanitize service or seating areas
- check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
- describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them
- provide customers with product details such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions
- receive and process customer payments
- prepare and serve foods such as muffins, bagels, sandwiches, salads, and more
- stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items
- take out garbage throughout hours of operation as needed
- label and date dot all food items when prepped for guest consumption
- demonstrate the use of retail equipment such as espresso machines, coffee and tea brewers, and TurboChef oven
- set up or restock product displays
