Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or barista roles preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to operate cash register and handle money accurately
- Availability for part-time day or swing shifts
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to speak English clearly
- Previous bartending or barista experience preferred
- Previous food and beverage or guest service experience is a plus
- Ability to operate Point of Sale system accurately
- Ability to count money and make correct change
Job Duties
- Prepare various coffee drink and food items according to the recipe and standards
- Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills when selling food and beverage items to guests or employees
- Inform guests of casino facilities and their location
- Operate cash register and accept payment for food and beverage products ensuring accuracy when making change
- Respond promptly and accurately to guest questions regarding food items, prices, preparation methods, sales, and availability
- Adhere consistently to all Point Place Casino policies and New York State Liquor Authority laws
