Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move approximately 15 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach daily
- Ability to perform repetitive motion and fine motor skills
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests
- Ability to use point of sale equipment
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic including percentages
- Ability to sustain direct contact with the public and establish a high degree of customer service
- Ability to read and write effectively
- Ability to understand diagrams and count
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certificate
- TABC certification
- Minimum one year of cashier experience
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English fluently and clearly
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, teas, and specialty drinks
- Take and fulfill orders for baked goods and sandwiches
- Describe menu items and suggest products to guests
- Order, receive, and stock supplies and retail products
- Use point of sale equipment efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and service area
- Assist in training new employees and attend ongoing training sessions
