Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of food and beverage or customer services experience including cash handling
- incredibly friendly and customer-centric

- previous barista experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepares beverages requested by customers or serves according to standard operating procedures
- maintains clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency
- sets up the coffee shop according to established procedures
- responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner
- follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
- performs pre and post-shift side work, including stock service station, making coffee
