Job Qualifications
- Previous barista or coffee-making experience preferred but not required
- bartending experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with our recipes and standards
- operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering any questions about the menu
- manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including restocking supplies and ensuring sanitation standards
- follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- support the team in all areas of the coffee shop to ensure smooth operations
- perform other duties as assigned
