Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages in accordance with company recipes and quality standards
  • Prepare sandwiches and other food items
  • Stock and organize retail items
  • Greet customers, take orders, and handle cash or card transactions using POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area
  • Restock supplies as needed
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and complaints professionally
  • Educate customers on the menu and make recommendations
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Open and/or close the cafe according to company procedures
  • Prep and cook food items
