Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages in accordance with company recipes and quality standards
- Prepare sandwiches and other food items
- Stock and organize retail items
- Greet customers, take orders, and handle cash or card transactions using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and complaints professionally
- Educate customers on the menu and make recommendations
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Open and/or close the cafe according to company procedures
- Prep and cook food items
