Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to prepare specialty hot and cold drinks following standard recipes
- Physical stamina for walking, standing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate POS system and handle cash according to policy

Job Duties
- Prepares hot and cold specialty drinks in accordance with established procedures and recipes
- Ensures and maintains proper food quality and temperature
- Prepares, serves, and merchandises menu items in a manner that best enhances the products and adheres to all dietary restrictions
- Ensures that all menus are posted in the proper areas and that changes to the menus have been communicated to the responsible individuals
- Operates POS while following cash handling policy and procedures
- Stocks assigned areas as directed
- Assists with general sanitation of food service department including wiping walls, cleaning equipment, working in the dish room, emptying trash cans etc
- Cleans and maintains work area at all times
- Completes special cleaning projects as assigned
