Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic cash handling skills
- willingness to follow health and safety protocols
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in quick service restaurants, coffee or tea shops, or fast casual restaurant concepts preferred
- ability to operate POS systems accurately
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail in following recipes and portion control
- basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
- receive payment from customers and process change
- serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests
- follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
- complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
- perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
- other duties as assigned
