Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage and food orders in a courteous and professional manner
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional menu items to increase profitability
- Enter orders into a computerized system and process payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards in the work area
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of food and beverage service
