Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Availability to work flexible hours and work week
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate information individually and in small group situations
- Ability to understand English both written and verbal
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to stand continuously and walk frequently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Ability to perform frequent reaching, grasping, handling, pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and crouching
- Knowledge of workplace safety and procedures

Job Duties
- Adhere to all company policies related to cash handling and standard operations procedure
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant including trash removal, dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables and equipment
- Implement the Company’s Customer Service Standards
- Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude
- Provide effective coaching to improve individual and team performance
- Perform restaurant opening duties including food preparation, stocking, and setting up displays
- Perform restaurant closing duties including storing products and cleaning equipment
- Provide effective training of new Baristas per Starbucks standards
- Promote a positive team atmosphere with cooperation, morale, and communication
- Ensure each customer receives outstanding service with friendly environment and product knowledge
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
- Verify register and complete paperwork at opening and closing
- Follow procedures for cash, charge, traveler’s checks, and voucher sales
- Communicate and work with Management to provide strong leadership and set example
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Lead with integrity, honesty, and knowledge promoting corporate culture
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Utilize Standard Operations Procedures manuals to adhere to policies
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
