Job Requirements
- Minimum of six months customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including AM, MID and PM
- Basic math skills for handling money transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of six months customer service experience
- Friendly and outgoing approach
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous barista experience is a plus but not essential
- Ability to accurately use point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, middays and evenings
Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Brew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and outlet
- Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
- Requisition, stock and rotate products
- Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
- Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
