Job Requirements
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Must have cash handling experience
- Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 30lbs
- Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC – or obtain upon hire

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Omni Hotels & Resorts
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
- Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
- Discover and respond to customer needs
- Count bank deposit at end of all assigned register shifts, and balance house bank
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed
- Maintain all Omni Hotels & Resorts attendance and punctuality standards
- Maintain all Moments of Service standards
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using Omni Service Champion (OSC) cards
- Answer guest questions about menu items
- Up-sell items
