- Ability to work morning shifts primarily on a part-time basis
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet and provide guests with prompt and courteous service that exceeds their expectations
- Assist in the preparation of Cafe menu items as ordered and according to procedure
- Assist with breakfast room service orders
- Accurately capture all sales and settlements in the cash register
- Handle reconciliation of sales and payments according to standard operating procedure
- Monitor freshness of food products to meet or exceed quality standards
- Be knowledgeable of all Cafe policies and explain them to members and guests when asked
- Enforce cafe rules and policies including maintaining knowledge of SOPs and programs
- Assist in answering the telephone and take messages when necessary
- Maintain an orderly and neat appearance of register and all other store areas
