Job Duties
- Greet and provide guests with prompt and courteous service that exceeds their expectations
- Assist in the preparation of café menu items as ordered and according to procedure
- Assist with breakfast room service orders
- Accurately capture all sales and settlements in the cash register
- Handle reconciliation of sales and payments according to standard operating procedure
- Monitor freshness of food products to meet or exceed quality standards
- Be knowledgeable of all café policies and explains them to members and guests, when asked
- Enforce café rules and policies including maintaining knowledge of SOPs and handling complaints
- Assist in answering the telephone and take messages when necessary
- Maintain an orderly, neat appearance of the register areas as well as all other areas of the store
