Job Requirements
- must obtain a Washington State Food Handler's Card prior to employment
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Green Card Holder
- ability to read and write in English
Job Qualifications
- previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication skills and ability to interact with others professionally
- basic familiarity with Microsoft Office programs is helpful
- ability to read and write in English
- must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Green Card Holder
Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to employees and guests
- accurately ring sales orders and handle transactions
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar
- restock products and supplies as needed
- follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- open and close Engedi according to the scheduled hours of operation
- assist with routine cleaning of the Engedi area and surrounding spaces
- provide backup support to the Hospitality Team when needed
- maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
