Job Requirements
- Minimum of three months of customer service experience
- Minimum of three months of barista experience
- Valid food safety certification
- Valid RBS certification
- Ability to adapt, stay organized, and perform effectively in fast-paced, demanding environments
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage and food orders in a friendly, courteous, professional, and timely manner
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items accurately
- Enter orders into a computerized system and process payments securely
- Perform general cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain health and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
