Job Duties
- Greet guests and take orders for beverages and food in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare a variety of coffee and other beverages according to standard recipes
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Enter orders into a computerized POS system and settle guest checks
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards
- Upsell additional items to customers to enhance profitability
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts
