Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of barista experience
- Availability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions securely
- Willingness to uphold Hilton's values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of barista experience
- Ability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Team player with initiative and guest-focused attitude
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation standards
Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Upsell additional items to enhance profitability
- Brew, sell, promote and prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes and standards
- Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area/outlet
- Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
- Requisition, stock and rotate products
- Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
- Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
