Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of barista experience
  • Availability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions securely
  • Willingness to uphold Hilton's values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of barista experience
  • Ability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Team player with initiative and guest-focused attitude
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation standards

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Upsell additional items to enhance profitability
  • Brew, sell, promote and prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes and standards
  • Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area/outlet
  • Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
  • Requisition, stock and rotate products
  • Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
  • Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
