Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
- Familiarity with computerized order and payment systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greets guests and takes beverage orders in a professional and timely manner
- Prepares and serves coffee and other beverages with attention to quality and presentation
- Upsells additional food and beverage items to enhance sales
- Enters orders accurately into the computerized system and processes payments
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the barista workstation and seating areas
- Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborates with team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
