Job Duties
- Greet guests, taking orders, processing payments and making beverages
- Engage and educate guests with MUD\WTR product knowledge, preparation and benefits
- Master the consistency of MUD\WTR beverage preparation
- Be highly visible, proactive and personally involved with cafe and event operations
- Keep a clean, organized, stocked work area
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Ensure compliance with labor and safety standards
- Communicate guest feedback with management
- Assist with checking in guests for classes and events
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to manager
