- Minimum of 1 year experience in a cafe coffee shop or restaurant setting
- Experience performing in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with exceptional communication skills and a motivational attitude
- High degree of flexibility and initiative
- Embraces a culture of learning and advocacy
- Has lived experiences with people from different backgrounds and diverse teams
- Flexibility to work including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Engage with clients actively ensuring highest level of service and client experience goals are met
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Answer customer questions regarding menu choices
- Promote and recommend menu items
- Assist in the smooth running of cafe operations adhering to policies and procedures and maintaining operational standards
- Assist in managing inventory effectively ensuring stock levels align with sales goals
- Assist in maintaining cafe equipment including espresso machine coffee brewer and coffee grinder
