Job Requirements
- Able to work weekends and closing shifts
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening and holiday shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Use a guest first mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Bring a positive attitude to create a rapport with customers and build teamwork
- Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with company guidelines and health department requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
