- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Missouri Gaming License
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in hot bar, cold bar, cashiering, and product prep after training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must obtain and maintain Missouri Gaming License
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service in the coffee outlet
- Make all drinks required
- Attend training to become certified in hot bar, cold bar, cashiering, and product prep
- Enter all transactions into register, accept payment, enter tip information and account for all funds
- Keep all register receipts organized and ensure all refunds and voids are documented and manager approved
- Perform daily store cleaning, stocking, and merchandising as instructed
- Work efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment
