- 1 to 2 years experience preferred
- Food Handlers Card required

- Possession of Food Handlers Card required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously
- Serve foods from the serving line according to portion and appearance standard
- Carve portions of meat for individual service
- Cut, plate and garnish dessert items for service
- Set up serving area
- Replace supplies of self-service food items throughout service
- Stock service area with beverages, food items, condiments and service ware
- Perform cashing duties
- Receive payment for food and beverage items
- Clean and maintain serving area, equipment and serving counters
- Remove food at end of meal service and store appropriately
- Document required food item tracking, temperature monitoring log, or waste log track protocols
