Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ year of guest service experience in a high-volume quick service/coffee shop/concession stand atmosphere
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of performance
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards
- Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration with others
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ year of guest service experience in a high-volume quick service/coffee shop/concession stand atmosphere
- 2+ years experience in food and beverage preparation preferred
- Additional industry certifications preferred
Job Duties
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences
- Prepare various coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty drinks, ensuring consistency in taste and quality
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring that coffee and related supplies are stocked and ordered as needed
- Keep the work area and guest areas clean and organized
- Ensure that beverages are prepared to high-quality standards regarding taste, presentation, and temperature
- Provide exceptional and professional guest service
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality of products and efficiency of service
- Maintain consistency in recipes and brewing techniques to meet guest expectations
- Continuously improve and refine coffee-making techniques and skills to deliver exceptional beverage service
- Comply with the department of health and business sanitation standards
- Communicate professionally with management and involve them in guest recovery issues immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned
