Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1+ year of guest service experience in a high-volume quick service/coffee shop/concession stand atmosphere
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of performance
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards
  • Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration with others

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1+ year of guest service experience in a high-volume quick service/coffee shop/concession stand atmosphere
  • 2+ years experience in food and beverage preparation preferred
  • Additional industry certifications preferred

Job Duties

  • Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences
  • Prepare various coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty drinks, ensuring consistency in taste and quality
  • Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring that coffee and related supplies are stocked and ordered as needed
  • Keep the work area and guest areas clean and organized
  • Ensure that beverages are prepared to high-quality standards regarding taste, presentation, and temperature
  • Provide exceptional and professional guest service
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality of products and efficiency of service
  • Maintain consistency in recipes and brewing techniques to meet guest expectations
  • Continuously improve and refine coffee-making techniques and skills to deliver exceptional beverage service
  • Comply with the department of health and business sanitation standards
  • Communicate professionally with management and involve them in guest recovery issues immediately
  • Perform other duties as assigned
