Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work part-time with a flexible schedule
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- positive attitude and team player mindset
- basic math skills for cash handling
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- use a guest first mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties
- demonstrate a high level of customer service
- bring a positive attitude to create a rapport with customers and build teamwork
- serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Company guidelines and Health Department requirements
- able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts
- able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
- able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
