Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to walk, stand and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Flexible availability including overtime and last-minute shifts
- Successful completion of Tips Server Training within 30 days of employment
- Professional appearance and behavior

- 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards
- Ensure that bar and lounge are tidy at all times
- Proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the café, lounge and patio
- Order all coffee and bar supplies, stock work and inventory
- Perform a variety of tasks including clearing tables of mugs, glasses or dishes, washing glassware, cleaning and organizing coffee/condiment station and clearing out trash
- Be reliable and flexible, with availability for overtime and last-minute shifts for special events and meetings
