Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a barista or in a cafe setting
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven organizational skills
- Ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and food items in the Coach Coffee Shops
- Take customer orders and recommend drinks or food items
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens following recipe standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the workplace
- Engage guests warmly and authentically to create memorable experiences
- Share product knowledge, brand heritage, and selling strategies to meet sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and support store goals
