- previous experience in a barista or food service role preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

- flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area
- greet and interact with guests to provide personalized service
- take orders accurately and process transactions promptly
- restock inventory and supplies as needed throughout the shift
- adhere to food safety and health guidelines
- upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience
- monitor and maintain coffee equipment to ensure functionality
- assist with opening and closing duties as required
- provide suggestions or recommendations to guests for beverage options
