Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
- ability to maintain a flexible schedule
- willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- must be able to stand and walk for entire shifts
- adherence to company and health department sanitation policies

Job Duties

- demonstrate a high level of customer service

- serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with company guidelines and health department requirements
- work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts
- occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
- stand and walk for the duration of the shift
