Job Requirements

- Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
- Ability to operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and teas
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer menu questions, and make recommendations
- Safely operate and maintain coffee equipment including espresso machines and grinders
- Keep the work area clean and organized adhering to health and safety standards
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as coffee beans, milk, and pastries
- Assist with general store setup and merchandise
