Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and teas following specific recipes and techniques
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations to enhance their experience
- Safely operate and maintain coffee equipment including espresso machines and grinders ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards, and regularly clean equipment and seating areas
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems including cash and credit card transactions
- Monitor and replenish supplies including coffee beans, milk, and pastries
- Assist with general store setup and merchandise
