Job Requirements

Standing for long periods of time
Lifting up to 30lbs
Must have holiday and weekend availability

Job Qualifications

A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service
A willingness to learn about and taste great food
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Prior coffee knowledge is a plus
Ability to work well in a team environment
18 years or older is preferred

Job Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Coffee Bar area
Learn and apply barista-level training and coffee knowledge
Engage with customers to enhance their experience
Adhere to DLM Team Values: Be honest, safe, helpful, and hard-working
Assist with inventory management and restocking
