Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- Prepare food items according to procedures
- Ensure food and beverages are handled safely and workspace is clean
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise
- Maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
- Notify lead or manager of supply needs
- Follow company policies on security and cash handling
- Maintain department cleanliness and safety standards
- Communicate store programs and promotions to customers
- Follow PPE and safety guidelines
- Adhere to food safety and cleaning expectations
- Deliver excellent guest experience
- Perform tasks in other departments as needed
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
