Job Duties

  • Prepare coffee shop beverages
  • Prepare food items according to procedures
  • Ensure food and beverages are handled safely and workspace is clean
  • Operate cash register and process payments
  • Stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise
  • Maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
  • Notify lead or manager of supply needs
  • Follow company policies on security and cash handling
  • Maintain department cleanliness and safety standards
  • Communicate store programs and promotions to customers
  • Follow PPE and safety guidelines
  • Adhere to food safety and cleaning expectations
  • Deliver excellent guest experience
  • Perform tasks in other departments as needed
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
