Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work primarily on weekends
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
ability to work flexible schedules including holidays
strong customer service orientation
capable of maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
ability to follow recipes and quality standards consistently
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
positive attitude and a team player mindset
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

Job Duties

use a guest first mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties
demonstrate a high level of customer service
bring a positive attitude to create a rapport with customers and build teamwork
serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with company guidelines and health department requirements
work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holiday shifts
occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
stand and walk for the duration of the shift
