Standing for long periods of time

Job Qualifications

Desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® food and service
willingness to learn about and taste great food
willingness to practice the DLM team values: be honest, safe, helpful, and hard-working
effective verbal and written communication skills
prior coffee knowledge is a plus
18 years or older is preferred

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages according to DLM standards
provide friendly and efficient customer service
maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
complete barista-level trainings and product knowledge sessions
engage with customers and create a welcoming environment
handle cash and process transactions accurately
follow safety and hygiene protocols
