Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista or serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing and serving equipment preferred
- Experience with cash handling and point of sale systems required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- 1 previous barista or serving experience preferred
- Passion for food and beverage, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Previous experience with cash handling and point of sale systems required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, pull, carry a moderate amount of weight
Job Duties
- Offer outstanding service to our guests
- Responsible for proper cash handling per policies and procedures
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Work closely with leadership to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Provide counter-style breakfast service
